Ross Agri Services Ltd have been appointed by the Merlo franchise, expanding the sales web and improving coverage in Angus and East Perthshire.
Ross Agri Services Ltd was established in 1972 as a Farm Machine Hire business. This progressed successfully and in 1976 Agricultural Contracting was added, followed rapidly by the purchase of a spare parts business. The company focussed successfully on contracting until responding to a changing marketplace by expanding to encompass the sale and maintenance of quality tractors and farm machinery. By expanding the distribution network, the company has increased its customer focus to become one of the leading suppliers of new and used agricultural machinery and equipment in Scotland.
Ross Agri Services Ltd now sells, services and supplies spare parts for the Fendt full range, Väderstad Tillage Equipment & Alpego machinery with Merlo telehandlers also now being added to their range.
This new appointment will provide excellent sales and aftersales support for the Merlo products in the area particularly with the experience that Ross Agri already have in the telehandler market.
